What are the dates of Metro Camp 2025?

What is the cost?
$500 deposit holds your church’s spot at Metro Camp. This is non-refundable but The camper cost is $325 per camper (including adults). These costs are due over a span of time (outlined in IMPORTANT DATES MC25).
What does the camp cost cover?
The camper fee covers all lodging, 11 meals, a camp t-shirt, craft supplies, any special events/activities, and a lanyard for each camper. A portion of the cost goes for programming and honorariums for camp pastor, worship band and camp medical officer.
What is the camper/adult ratio?
Churches must provide one (1) male sponsor for every ten (10) boys or less and one (1) female sponsor for every ten (10) girls or less. Camp sponsors must be at least 18 years of age or a high school graduate. Junior sponsors may attend at the discretion of the church leader, but must be partnered with someone over age 18.
What if I have a camper with allergies or special food needs?

Will I be staying in a cabin with my campers?
Absolutely!! You and your church leaders are responsible for overseeing your campers 100% of the time at Metro Camp. In a perfect world, only one church would be in each cabin. However, often with smaller churches we must partner you with another church in order to effectively use the space in the cabin. Cabin assignments will be given out at Pre-Registration day.
Am I committed to the # of campers that I anticipate bringing?
You are committed to paying for the number of anticipated campers provided upon pre-registering for camp. On the same note, you are able to EXCEED your camper number if there is room! PLEASE SEE THE IMPORTANT DATES MC25 FOR ADDITIONAL FINANCIAL GUIDELINES. To our knowledge, Metro Camp is the most flexible camp concerning this issue.
